the maximum testing load 200t of 500t shackle is 1.5 times of the working load.
The maximum testing load of 800t-12500t shackle is 1.33 times of the working load, the minimum breaking load is 1.5 times of the working load.
About the bearing capacity of 2t-80t,T8 grade is 40%-100% up higher than the S6 grade in the same dimension.
About the bearing capacity of 110t,T8 grade is 16%-29% up higher than the S6 grade in the same dimension.
The shackle of 0.5t-175t in accordance with the technical requirements and testing methods of ISO2415-2004.
We designed the 200t-1250t according to JB8112-1999 and the preformance met or exceed the requirements in ASME.B.30.26
